I am looking forward to promote the sustainable development of open source infrastructures as Director of Strategy at the Center for the Cultivation of Technology (CCT) starting October. The CCT is a fiscal host which provides projects with organizational resources, knowledge, capacity, and tools for a healthier FOSS ecosystem. CCT trains and empowers project maintainers to navigate organizational matters themselves, so they can choose to set up their organization using our platform and tools should they wish to do so. CCT is certified as equivalent to a U.S. public charity under the IRS' ED standards.

From 2015-2020 I helped set up and run the program Jugend hackt at the Open Knowledge Foundation Germany. Together with two fellow project leads, I was responsible for the strategic, conceptual and organizational development of the multiple award-winning education program (including Deutscher Engagementpreis, Theodor Heuss Medal, the BKM Preis Kulturelle Bildung).

There I also discovered my enthusiasm for (local) politics and public administration and am currently pursuing this in my second master's degree.
