Peace Tie Foundation™ is the overarching entity. The Peace Tie™
Collective is its open, transparent vehicle — the Glass Box ledger
where the mission is funded and the disbursements are visible in
real time.

A word on the trademark, plainly: Pismo Black Bear, LLC holds the
Peace Tie™ mark not to enclose it, but to steward it against the
Predatory Extraction Class — the actors who would commercialize,
gatekeep, or hollow out a practice that has belonged to every
martial culture for thousands of years.

This is a defensive claim, made in the open. Under our Prior-Art
Deference Protocol™, where any prevailing lineage or tradition
holds deeper claim to the peace tie, we defer to them and offer our
stewardship in service of their work. We assert no claim that
conflicts with the commons. We hold the line so the commons stays
free.

Consider this a Muster Point. A flag planted where the Martial
World can rally to keep its own knowledge honest, non-lethal, and
unenclosed. If our stewardship of this name draws friction, let it.
The friction is the cost of holding the line — and we will hold it
in the open, accountable to the ledger you are reading now.

Peace Tie Combatives™ is the commercial forge. The Peace Tie™
Collective is where a portion of that fire returns to the
community. This is a standing revenue-reservation covenant —
modeled on our Universal Rescue Tithe — not a discretionary
donation. The commercial entity exists, in part, to feed this
fund. That is the design, declared in the open.

The Peace Tie™ Collective exists to honor the Unknown Soldier
and all Martial Lineages — the named and the nameless who carried
a blade and chose restraint.

A peace tie™ is older than the Renaissance: a cord, a knot, and the
time it takes to undo it. For thousands of years it asked the same
question of every warrior — not whether you could draw, but whether
you would. The Collective is the modern steward of that question.

We channel a portion of all Peace Tie Combatives™ proceeds into
this fund to support the people, traditions, and communities that
keep martial knowledge honest, non-lethal, and humane.

WE HONOR:

• The Unknown Soldier — every combatant whose name was never
  recorded, whose sacrifice was never accounted for. We do not
  leave without their name.

• All Martial Lineages — the unbroken chains of teachers and
  students across every culture, era, and discipline: the dojo,
  the ring, the mat, the battlefield, the street. No single
  tradition is elevated above another. Every blade belongs to
  the record.

• The Medic Standard™ — those who stabilize before they lecture
  and connect before they correct. The warrior-medics, the
  de-escalators, the first responders who run toward harm to
  reduce it.

• The Doctrine of Restraint — the conviction that the highest
  expression of martial skill is the decision NOT to use it.
  Presence, Verbal, Optical Warning, Restraint. The choice lives
  at the hilt.

A defined portion of Peace Tie Combatives™ revenue is allocated off-the-top
into this fund — not as an afterthought, but as a standing covenant.

Funds support initiatives aligned with our mission: martial-arts
and combat-sports education, non-lethal de-escalation training,
the preservation of endangered martial lineages, and support for
the warrior and first-responder communities who embody restraint.

Allocation and disbursement are conducted transparently through
our fiscal hosts. PBB™ as a fiscal host for the For-Profit child entities.
And vetted fiscal hosts for the collectives in progress to earn nonprofit status.
Every contribution and every distribution is visible in the open ledger.
We operate in the open or we do not operate.
