About

Project Mayday is a peer-ran mutual aid and harm reduction crew. Our members come from all over the Kanawha Valley in West Virginia (from Charleston to Huntington) and we do what we can to help marginalized folks. We get in where we fit in and help out in any way we can - whether that be helping unsheltered folks find a safe place to sleep or supplies for sleeping outside or people who use drugs.

PWUD are our main focus in our support and mutual aid - especially since we are PWUD or have lived experience ourselves. We want to be able to take care of all our neighbors - and we can’t do it alone.

We strive to supply everything from safe use supplies to safe sex supplies, wound care, naloxone, and more. These resources are not cheap and we are not a non-profit organization. We are totally supported by donations and personal funds.

So help us help our friends. Help us spread the Appalachian love and solidarity across the Mountain State.
