About
PureScript is a strongly-typed functional programming language that compiles to JavaScript. We are raising funds on OpenCollective for infrastructure costs.
There are a number of web services related to PureScript which are maintained and/or administered by project contributors, including:All of these naturally have running costs - mainly, the cloud virtual machines on which these services run and the purescript.org domain name. The aim of this OpenCollective is to cover these costs.
- the PureScript Discourse instance at https://discourse.purescript.org
- Try PureScript (https://try.purescript.org), an online PureScript code editor for quickly experimenting with PureScript code snippets and ideas
- Pursuit (https://pursuit.purescript.org), a searchable collection of API documentation
Please note that funds raised are intended to go towards infrastructure costs only; in particular we do not have plans to raise funds for development costs.
