About
RCF Guardian is the enforcement layer of the Restricted Correlation Framework — a GitHub Action and GitLab CI component that automatically validates RCF marker integrity on every pull request.
What it does:
- Scans all changed files for [RCF:PUBLIC], [RCF:PROTECTED], and [RCF:RESTRICTED] markers
- Fails the CI check if protected blocks are removed, modified without authorization, or if SHA-256 signatures in RCF-AUDIT-REPORT.json no longer match
- Posts a summary report directly in the PR comment with per-file violation details
- Zero configuration for projects already using rcf-protocol npm or PyPI package
