React Native Elements v1.0.0

Today we reached an amazing milestone we've been working towards after almost 2 years of active development. In July 2017, we took an ambitious goal to completely overhaul the development, design and documentation efforts around react-native-elements to improve the quality and developer experience. After 6 beta versions with over 470 commits; we're finally ready to show it to the world.
