About
The Back Story
Vic and Alex are hunkered down in Ukraine in a small community that have taken them in.
Vic and Alex are hunkered down in Ukraine in a small community that have taken them in.
You may wonder who they are. Vic and Alex have been working alongside Rebel Business School Aotearoa Ltd for nearly six (6) years. They also work with Rebel Business School UK.
They have been instrumental in providing reports for our funding partners and enabled Rebel Aotearoa to help small business start-ups across Aotearoa. They have prepared over 40 stakeholder reports and our graduate programme has grown in no small measure due to the work of Alex and Vic, thousands of miles away in Europe.
We have been following their journey as war waged in their homeland and been alongside them as they narrowly escaped being encircled by Russian troops. They now still work with us when power and internet permits. The weather is currently -20 and they and everyone in Ukraine live in a world we can only imagine.
Vic and Alex have offered a unique chance to help their community directly and we at Rebel Aotearoa are intent on supporting their mission. They will act as a conduit for the families in their small part of Ukraine. Many in the community that have taken them in are not receiving any government benefits. Not for food, water, medical supplies and more.
Through this donation page we will raise funds only from our graduates who have directly benefited from the free courses offered by the Rebel Aotearoa. We will work closely with Vic and Alex to support families in their community and while we cannot solve everything in Ukraine, we can do something positive in a small community. They will feed back real stories on the ways that families have been helped.

Update from Ukraine
I managed to chat briefly with our Ukraine team. They are currently safe (as safe as you can be in a war zone). They have been taken in by a village but are still not safe from the war that surrounds them and other Ukrainians. In the vein t...
