About
We built Rockxy as an open-source, local-first debugging proxy for macOS so developers can capture, inspect, modify, and replay HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket, and GraphQL traffic with confidence. Our goal is to make network debugging more transparent, more powerful, and easier to trust.
Rockxy is designed for the workflows we see emerging now: API debugging, mobile app troubleshooting, MCP-assisted analysis, AI integrations, and Web3/RPC traffic. Everything stays on-device by default, so teams can debug sensitive requests without sending data to third-party services.
Our purpose is to maintain and grow a reliable open-source tool that helps developers move faster, investigate issues more clearly, and share redacted evidence safely. Support through Open Collective helps fund ongoing maintenance, security hardening, new protocol support, documentation, and the long-term sustainability of Rockxy.
