Costs associated with security for the neighborhood.

We once had patrol cars driving through the neighborhood at all hours.

Tho the signs remain, do the cameras? No one seems to know for sure.
Either way, technology has greatly changed since the mid-90s. We could now build our own, available online.
How this project will proceed is up to what WE decide:
