Entanglees,

We gave your inbox a break over August while we, depending on the collective member and without naming names, traveled, translated, procrastinated, edited, broke, neglected, gave up, fought, relented, persisted and finally collaborated (among other things) in finishing the print edition we promised. (Fortunately, only one person has preordered (thanks, Bruce!), so we don't owe most of you anything.) Ingram notified us this morning that SAR is now available for purchase.

Alongside this issue of San Antonio Review, we also put the finishing touches on our second SAR Press release, City Lights From the Upside Down, former SAR poetry editor Alex Z. Salinas' debut collection of short fiction.

As always, if you aren't ordering directly from us, we encourage you to shop for literature at your local independent booksellers (find one in your neighborhood) or our shop on Bookshop.org.

Yours,

William O. Pate II
