We had an amazing online group of experts in the Second Panel discussion, moderated by Mercedes Rodriguez Símon, cofounder Ethereum Venezuela, with the participation of Mr. Yodahe Zemichael, Executive Director, National ID Ethiopia; Dr. José-María Arraiza, legal identity and human rights specialist; Ms. Marianne Diaz Hernández, running the Digital ID project at AccessNow; Mr. Muhammad Noor, founder of Rohingya Project; Second panel conclusions: Dr. Philippe Page, Human Colossus Foundation; and Kaliya IdentityWoman Young from San Francisco, who spontaneously joined the panel.
