SCI- Staff Solidarity Sustainable Fund

 The Save the Children Staff Solidarity Sustainable Fund (SSSF) is being established to provide financial assistance to employees facing emergencies, such as medical crises, disasters, conflict, forced displacement, or other personal hardships. The fund is managed by a committee which oversees the entire process of fund collection, management, delivery and reporting, and ensuring entire activities are being done in a transparent manner. While the USG Terminations have led to this initiative, we think of this something that can exist beyond this current crisis, and be there for all of the Save the Children personnel in times of crisis, and for all offices including country, members and national offices.
