I am a Relational Field Consultant supporting visionary creative projects and an animist somatic practitioner guiding folks with energetic sensitivity into deeper resourcing from wider primordial, ancestral resonance.

My people are Celtic, Norse, Ashkenazi, and Slavic. I live in Mni Sota Makoce on the ancestral homelands of the Dakota people, where I learn from the Mississippi River, Turtles, Maitake Mushroom, and many other nature beings. My experiences as a sensitive body living with chronic illness and neurodivergence invite me to deepen my relationship with rest and nourishment.

I have an MA in Embodiment Studies and an MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College. My practice weaves together learnings from somatics, animism, constellations, poetics, field perception, clowning, grief ritual, and systems intelligence. I’m also a systemic constellations facilitator and am training in a framework called The Movement of Existence which is rocking my world around the capacity to embody power and self-intimacy within relationality.

I am the core vision holder for The Mundane Mycelium and Alembic Artists currently as I am supporting their germination. The Alembic Seed Resourcing Fund is supporting me in the R&D process of refining Relational Field Sensing as a modality that can support the emergence of visionary creative projects.
