Hi! I’m Sherri, your own personal cheerleader.

A few things about me: I am utterly, unequivocally and undeniably in love with Birmingham and all her history, as well as her future. I stay involved in the community by volunteering with numerous women’s, children’s, animal, and homeless organizations, as well as various local art and music festivals. In an effort to add even more fun to Birmingham, I organize Birmingham Dance Walks around town, do Free Hugs Birmingham pop ups when I can, and started Encouragement Encounters in 2016 to remind people how awesome they are.

As for my professional background, I have been in information technology for over 20 years and am currently the Amazon Web Services practice lead for a managed services provider here in Birmingham. If you need network, technical, or cloud computing help, I’m your gal. I do technical and social media consulting on the side and am happy to help with your tech and SM needs.
