About

I have extensive experience in development, project management, fundraising, communications and community engagement. I have nearly two decades of expertise in arts and cultural management, specializing in projects that cultivate social change, creative expression, and cultural diversity. I'm driven by my commitment to creating a more equitable and inclusive world.

As the founder and director of The Little Art, I have used art as a transformative tool to educate, inspire, and empower children and youth. Beyond that, my portfolio includes the curation and organization of national and international festivals in film, digital art, design and performing arts that showcase world-class art but also spotlight emerging talents in the arts.

In the consulting sphere, I've advised organizations like the British Council, UNESCO, and the Government of Sharjah in the UAE. I have helped them shape and execute their arts and cultural strategies, thereby influencing policy on a global scale. Through memberships in prestigious networks and fellowships—including the DeVos Institute of Arts Management, Asia Society, Acumen, and the International Society of Performing Arts and Edmund Hillary Fellowship (EHF) New Zealand — I've collaborated with some of the most innovative minds in the fields of arts, entrepreneurship and social change.

My skill set spans non-profit management, communication, fundraising, marketing and communication, event management, and arts education, anchored by a solid foundation in strategic planning. But it's not just what I do that's important; it's why I do it. I am fervent about using arts and culture not just as forms of expression but as catalysts for social change and mediums for cross-cultural dialogues.
