Slow Fashion Day Retreat | January 2022

I am Amie and I run the social enterprise Slow Circular Earth, educating women on environmental issues, raising awareness for climate change and living a sustainable life. We are running wild eco weekend and day retreats based in North Lincolnshire. I have over 20 years experience in the fashion industry, 10 of those as a lecturer.  I run a business that alters and makes slow fashion.  I teach and educate, hosting workshops on green, sustainability and environmental issues.  I run a pop up Zero Waste Cafe and network of food cooperatives.  We have a great way of life and want to share this and inspire many others to take action to help climate change.

The eco day retreat slow fashion special will involve :

* eco vision board & meditation

* making reused fabric wreaths

*repairing & altering clothes plus clothes swap

* vegetarian/plant based/fregan meals to be enjoyed too - prepared as a group - be part of a collective 

*access to eco library & book buddy

Included in the day are:

Breakfast and Lunch

We start our eco day retreat at Slow Circular Earth HQ for your breakfast and smoothie starter. We will have a look around our wild eco garden and then take a short walk along the lane to the Village Hall in which we will commence our workshops.
