Version 0.13.0 released

Version 0.13 has been released and is available to download here: https://github.com/stashapp/stash/releases/tag/v0.13.0
This release introduces desktop integration - stash will now open in the system tray on Windows and MacOS when not run from the terminal. Stash will also now optionally send desktop notifications when a task completes. Also included is a button to open images in the lightbox, and adding rating, o-counter and title to the image lightbox, as well as some other improvements and a whole heap of bug fixes.
