Stellarium v0.21.0 has been released!

March 28, 2020 we released the 45th release of the planetarium with the version number 0.21.0.

The major changes of this version:
  • We have finally completed our work on accurate planet axes, including Lunar libration
  • Visualisation of Earth shadow for Lunar eclipses
  • Better texture for the Lunar surface
  • Added the latest algorithms for planet magnitudes
  • Enhanced Calendars plugin
  • Replaced "arabic" by more accurate "al-Sufi" skyculture
  • Planets are now scalable and Solar glare switchable for didactic applications

Installation was easy and fast. I have windows 64 bit. I am still learning how to use the many features of this program. Do you recommend a tutorial? is there one available?

Stellarium's homepage: https://stellarium.org. In the top right area you find buttons to download versions for Windows, Mac, source code, Linux Snap, Linux AppImage, and the User Guide.
