Disciplined Student Fund

Student Worker Aid Collective is an independent mutual aid fund to provide support for student workers at Columbia as needed. In addition to financial aid, our network offers other forms of support such as meals or childcare. In Spring of 2025 we expanded our scope to support students in the Columbia community facing repression from the university administration. This collective is run by a group of volunteers, friends of Student Workers of Columbia (SWC-UAW 2710), the union of student instructors and researchers at Columbia University.
