We are ordinary young people in the DC area who are scared about what the climate crisis and its deep intersections with racial and economic injustice mean for the people and places we love. Climate change isn't going to avert itself. We know what it's going to take: dramatic and immediate action. Looking at history, we know that change like that takes mass movements, so we're building one.

Your ongoing pledge lets us achieve our goals - getting candidates to sign the #NoFossilFuelMoney and #GreenNewDeal pledges, training young people to be leaders in the movement, standing in solidarity with frontline groups, and leading local DC, MD, and VA initiatives. $1: The minimum we can ask on here. If you'd like to give a lower amount, please contact us directly!
$2.50: We ask this of anyone who’s financially stable (can pay rent, bills, etc on time w/ a bit to spare)
$5: We ask this of anyone who’s financially steady (can handle an unexpected expense)
$10: We ask this of anyone who’s financially secure (is steadily contributing to savings)
$25: We ask this of anyone who’s financially comfortable (can safely make large purchases)
$50: We ask this of anyone who’s financially confident (can safely make large impulsive purchases)
$100: We ask this of anyone who’s financially privileged (current & future budget is very positive)
$250, $500, or more: We ask this of anyone who’s financially unconcerned (can max-out retirement accounts, frequently travels lavishly, has family wealth, etc)
