Tabbycat Debate

The Tabbycat organisation seeks to develop and promote the digital platforms that support debate. We see these platforms as critical to developing an open and accessible international debate community that can foster environments that are both competitive and educational.

For over 10 years we have developed a flagship tabulation software that is source-available, well-documented, well-tested, free to deploy, and supports a wide range of international debate formats. It is used to organise and run tournaments of all sizes and in all contexts - spanning from the World Universities Debating Championship, to state-wide high school leagues, to smaller local events.
