I checked my PayPal and I did not see any of my paid amounts. This is Irma Martin for Fred Martin. I entered these and did not realize it was putting Fred (my husband's name) instead of me, Irma Martin. I put my PayPal for Irma Martin with username [email protected] Fred and I cosponsored and originally my name was there too. How can we fix this? We still want it in my PayPal for [email protected] Thank you, Irma
We pay to the paypal address input with the expense submission, which was [email protected] If you want the funds in another paypal account, I suggest you send the money from one paypal to the other.
I can see you are logged into the account called "Fred Martin". If you'd like to create an Irma Martin account, log out and register as a new user (or log into that account if you created it previously). Then you can use that account to submit future expenses.
We DO want it in the [email protected] but none of the funds are there. It says there's been no activity. Here's a September statement. Am I looking into the right place?? Help please!
I figured it out. I've never done this before. I finally read about and didn't realize I'd get emails from PayPal then I had to confirm. I think I've figured it out. I appreciate your patience. Hopefully, you won't hear from me again! LOL Thanks!

I just received the funds in PayPal but for some reason you tagged this one and ALL 5 of FRED MARTIN's as a service and then you deducted the service fee (at least that's what PayPal told us) It looks like you're getting double money from us and Texas Camp. I attached a pic. We'd sure appreciate your help on this..
I'm not sure what you mean. Paypal charges a fee for payment processing. This is normal and expected. These funds go to Paypal not us. Our service fee is only charged on funds coming in to the Collective. The only fees on outgoing funds are payment processor service fees.
I took a screenshot which shows you charged us a fee when you deposited this in PayPal. This was on ALL of ours for Fred Martin
Yes. Paypal charges a fee on each transaction. The screenshot you're showing here is from Paypal, not Open Collective.
I talked with them twice. They said it was NOT their charge. They said it was a withdrawal on your end.
What exactly does this mean on Open Collective? -$206.88 -$6.3 (-3.05% payment processor fee) = -$213.18 (net amount for Texas Camp 2019)
It means $213.18 was paid out from the Collective, of which 206.88 went to you and $6.30 went to Paypal for their fee.
