Our show is a vibrant platform that sheds light on the diverse and talented voices of our community, both in Wellington and across New Zealand.
Through engaging conversations with dynamic young leaders, artists, and community activists, and ordinary community members with something to say - we highlight the triumphs and challenges faced by the diaspora, and the impactful ways they contribute to the cultural tapestry of Aotearoa. At The Blackhouse we are passionate about supporting other African focused organizations that empower our youth & support our women and children, and projects dedicated to empowering the African-New Zealanders in Wellington and throughout New Zealand.
