Hi everyone, 

The committee to bring a recurring UbuCon to North America has been working hard this season to lay the foundation for a successful 2025. 

And you can be a part of it! 

Our planning committee is working on an event in Wisconsin in late July 2025 with a focus on the many Ubuntu Flavors and the Ubuntu Community. 

We’re looking for volunteers: Flavor gurus and community supporters. Help us refine the themes and consider how this event can help your favorite Flavor and your favorite community. 

But that’s not all… 

We’re ALSO looking for volunteers who want to organize an UbuCon with a different theme on the sidelines of other major events (like SCaLE). This is a vision for a new planning committee, sharing the UbuCon North America name and infrastructure. This is your opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help start something big.
