Pay for cloud hosting to enable our initial small group public beta testing.
About
Cloud hosting for the UnaMentis production environment, serving LLM and TTS inference to connected iOS (and eventually Android and web) clients. This is the core infrastructure that lets beta users experience UnaMentis without needing their own API keys.The hosting environment includes:
- GPU-accelerated instance running Ministral 14B LLM via Ollama (9.1 GB model, requires 16+ GB VRAM)
- VibeVoice and/or Chatterbox TTS models for real-time voice synthesis
- Management API (Python/aiohttp) for session management, curriculum delivery, and TTS caching
- Storage for TTS cache, curriculum content, and audio files
- Monitoring and logging infrastructure
Cost projections scale with user growth:
- Months 1-2 (10-100 users): ~€370/month
- Months 3-6 (100-150 users): ~€390/month
- Months 7-12 (150-300 users): ~€600/month
Cost controls are built into the platform: per-user and global usage limits, real-time cost tracking, and feature flags (Unleash) for rapid cost management.
