Vijay Janapa Reddi

Dr. Vijay Janapa Reddi is a Professor at Harvard University whose research spans computer architecture, machine learning systems, and autonomous computing, from mobile and edge platforms to TinyML. 

Vijay is passionate about making machine learning systems education hands-on, inclusive, and globally accessible. He created the open-source Machine Learning Systems textbook and co-developed the popular TinyML edX course series, which has reached over 100,000 learners worldwide. He also serves on the boards of MLCommons and the Edge AI Foundation, helping shape the future of open, efficient machine learning. Through MLSysBook.org, he is passionate about building a global community that empowers learners to build and understand ML systems — from TinyML to the edge of AI.
