VOICED

VOICED is a community-led initiative supporting early-career creatives who feel overwhelmed by the pressure, competition, and expectations of the creative world. We exist to make creativity feel open, playful, and accessible again, a space where people can create without fear, comparison, or the need to prove themselves.

We create inclusive environments where emerging creatives can experiment, share work, and explore ideas freely. Through events, workshops, and collaborative projects, VOICED encourages creativity driven by curiosity rather than competition, and connection rather than hierarchy.

VOICED was created in response to how difficult it can be to navigate creative industries at an early stage. Constant comparison, limited opportunities, and gatekeeping often push people away from creating altogether. We aim to remove those barriers and help people reconnect with creativity in a way that feels intuitive, joyful, and human, like creating as kids, before rules and expectations took over.

Funds raised through this collective support the delivery of our activities, including programme costs, materials, accessibility needs, and essential operational expenses. VOICED operates transparently under a fiscal host, ensuring accountability to our community and supporters.
