About
The kaupapa: We are having an art exhibition focused on a recovery journey that people have experienced. Sharing a slice of their life from where drugs have impacted all the way through to the freedom of the obsession of using drugs. I want to be able to lower the stigma associated with people that use drugs by giving the public an opportunity to see them as people who can make changes, that change is possible and is happening. Our passion is to empower the artists to share their experiences, strengths and hopes from a slice of their life, in the hopes that they are seen as more than the drugs that they took to survive the challenges they have faced in the past.
