Win Green Town

Winchcombe Green Town aims to find and implement local solutions for Winchcombe that will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase biodiversity and speed up the transition to a more sustainable town. Set up in 2021, we have held two well-attended public meetings out of which arose six action groups: Transport, Nature First, Money Matters, Waste Not, Homes & Energy, Discussion Group. We are currently talking to sponsors who might like to help us establish a community car club and/or a solar panel project for our local primary school.
