Da Cookout: The 4th Annual Juneteenth Celebration

This year, 2023, Your Favorite Jawns is celebrating our 4th annual Juneteenth Celebration, DA COOKOUT! DA COOKOUT is an embodiment of the traditional cookout experience of Black American culture. It is a family reunion of Black joy and resilience for ALL Black folk. Located in Philadelphia, and traditionally held in majority Black neighborhoods and venues, DA COOKOUT is a day party that includes standard cookout foods and drinks, 2 DJs, and ample space and activities for family and friends. Last year in 2022, DA COOKOUT hosted over 350 guests from the ages of 1 to over 60 years old. We aim for Juneteenth 2023 to be bigger and better!
