Mahoning Valley Queer Action

We are a grassroots, intersectional, queer led group who come together for education, advocacy, events, and mutual aid for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Mahoning Valley. We have always been here, and we will always be -- let's work together to make it a better place for our fam in the Valley.

In 2023, we helped organize Columbiana County Pride, ran security for Pride events, hosted free Trans 101 workshops, helped organize community defense against anti-LGBTQIA groups, co-hosted a screening and discussion on being faith based allies, and started a gender affirming garment mutual aid circle in our Valley. Not back for our first full year in the community!

We look forward to an even bigger 2024 - and we thank you for helping us make that happen!
