About
The Zinc Community Collective is a place for folks who are interested in guiding Zinc towards a more human-centered technology organization over the coming decades. Membership in the Zinc Community Collective is independent of membership in the Zinc Staff Collective, the Zinc Contributor Collective, or the Zinc Maintainer Collective.
Membership in the Community Collective is contingent upon dues. Dues are pay-what-you-can, and we strongly encourage people to only pay dues to Zinc after they have found local restorative justice organizations to fund. Not sure who those are?
May we recommend:
- The East Oakland Collective - East Oakland, CA Food and Community Justice Organization
- People's Breakfast Oakland - West Oakland, CA Food and Community Justice Organization
- Repaired Nations - Oakland, CA Cooperative Development Organization
- Cooperation Jackson - Jackson, MS - Cooperative Development and Food, Land, and Community Justice Organization
