This is an attempt to organise an annual art symposium in Alversjö close to Eksjö in Sweden. A symposium in the classical Greek sense was a drinking party with intellectual conversation, music, and other activities. The Alversjö Art Symposium is intended to be a place of artistic exploration and as an open space for the development of contemporary art.
