Maranda from aria-net.org implements mam support in bifrost bridge

In a previous update we shared about plumbing feature which allows using another xmpp muc for mam support if you have admin access. Now Maranda implemented full mam support directly in the bifrost bridge so all matrix rooms bridged will have support for offline messages and room history playback.
