Wellness Lounge

In collaboration with various festivals in Hudson, NY, surroundings and NY Boroughs we bring the wellness reparations lounge to communities that don't have access to affordable healthcare, showing alternative ways to support their bodies and minds. 

From our youth to our elders, this is an interactive way of creating trust with our neighbors supporting mental and bodily health. In these activations, we share herbal care packages and one on one herbalism consultations.  Food as medicine, herbalism and land connection workshops, healing for the people - acupuncture, massage, reiki, tarot, sound tuning, capoeira, African dance, drumming - and so much more....
