After last month's decline, users of the snowflake-01 bridge were mostly stable in April 2024. The exception was some one- or two-day temporary decreases. At these times, the estimated number of users of the bridge apparently went down, while the amount of bandwidth used did not change. The effect was not limited to a single country. These graphs do not show it, but the number of users of the snowflake-02 graph increased at the same time. We do not know the cause of this phenomenon, but we are tracking it on the Tor bug tracker.
