About
We at CMEG acknowledge Chicagoland’s cultural institutions exist in a white-dominant, Christian centered, heteronormative society that favors the gender binary and able-bodied people. We welcome reminders of these facts and the impacts of systemic discrimination at any meeting or event as we strive toward justice and understanding.
