About
Confs.tech is a list of conferences on software development going on around the world. We want to make it easier for everyone to find relevant conferences. Everything is open-source and ad-free.
We are a few active members who manage the site and incoming conferences. Each new conference is submitted via Confs.tech and creates a pull request on Github that will be reviewed by one of our contributors. All of the conference data is accessible on the conference-data GitHub repository.
The website is hosted on Heroku free tier and uses Algolia's free tier as well. The only line of expenses we currently have is the domain name (around $70 every year). The rest is the time we give for free to this project.
