I began setting up RCLH in December 2020 after running some home education groups. Talking with other parents there about their experiences trying to find stuff that was suitable for their kids and seeing what was available at the time I decided to do something about it. I began setting up the CIC and it sort of developed from there. We are now at launching stage (March 2021) with our first groups officially joining up as members and new members joining all the time. We are starting with educational support group type meetups with learning activities hosted by attendees in a group effort, and an allotment club run by myself at a local riding stables. 

I have been helped immensely by a group of other mums who wanted to make a difference too. They gave me moral support, cheered me on, and spent hours suggesting, improving, and generally being my rocks throughout the set up. Without them I wouldn't have got this far. It is a blessing to be part of such a warm, accepting and supportive community. Thanks to all my lovely members!
