Dear community,

A short message today to let you know that we uniformed our fee to make it more transparent for you.

From now on, there will be no more “platform fees” (5% fee for the open collective software on each incoming donation made by visa or Mastercard). There will be a flat 6% host fee on each incoming transfer.

• Receiving payments via MasterCard/Visa is now 6% fee (+ Stripe payment processor fee) (before it was 10% + payment processor fee)
• Receiving payments via wire transfers is now 6% fee (before it was 5%)

This fee will cover the administrative work, as well as the cost to use open collective software. If you wanna know more on Open Collective functioning, please feel free to contact me directly or to consult the general documentation.
