Discontinuing the service on the old bank account number

We hope to find you all well.
This message concerns donors and collectives using the recurrent "manual" bank transaction feature with standing orders older than December 2023 when we changed our bank account.
Starting from the end of February, we will discontinue using our old bank account number, BE 36 3630 1559 2081.
From 1 March, the bank will return the donations sent through the standing order to our old account to the sender.
The change concerns a minimal number of cases, as the most used contribution paths are unaffected. Regardless, we kindly ask the admins of the interested collectives to remind their donors to change their donation order to the new account number.
The procedure is simple. The donors should stop end their recurrent donation and start a new one, following the funnel for the recurrent donation via bank transfer on our platform.
Also, if you are awaiting an installment for your grant, please get in touch with us to ensure the grantmaker has the correct bank account number.
The collectives or donors using the usual procedures do not need to take any action because we updated all of the automated features in December.
