The digital experiences we encounter on a daily basis presents a significant challenge, as it excludes large groups of people and amplifies existing privilege. People rely on technology each day to access important information required for daily living. However, the digital divide goes beyond access, encompassing the experience of technology itself: how we navigate apps and websites, the ability to understand the content, and knowing where to do and what to do. This is an entirely new aspect of the digital divide, we call it the digital experience divide. This disparity can deepen existing inequalities, leaving marginalized individuals excluded if these disparities are not proactively examined and addressed.

ExperienceFutures.org empowers people who lack access to digital products to lead successful, healthier, and more empowered lives by creating inclusive and accessible digital experiences that align with social impact goals. We raise awareness of digital equity and promote policies that support inclusion and access through research, advocacy, education, and community building. With open-source tools and resources for AI, we assist digital publishers in designing for underserved users
