Emergency Housing Fundraiser

 As of today (11/5/2023), there are over 500 people on the waiting list to enter shelter in Franklin County. Additionally, zero overnight warning centers have opened or announced that they will open. We pledge to do everything that we can by using all funds raised to keep people alive through the winter in Central Ohio.

For transparency, last winter we raised $7,385.00. We spent $7,328.20 for 10 hotel stays supporting 10 families, 23 tents, 16 sleeping bags, 260 tanks of propane, propane heaters, sleeping pads, hand warmers, batteries, tarps, emergency blankets, thermal underwear, and warm clothing. We are so appreciative of all the donations that were able to make this possible. We would love to double our funds this year, so we can serve more community members. All funds that were not spent last winter ($56.80) will roll over for emergency housing and supplies for this winter.
