Gaza City - Solar Panels Fund

 

This project operates under the umbrella of the Keffiyeh Aid Project and is dedicated to providing vital assistance in Gaza City and Deir Al-Balah. 

At this time, the fund is specifically focused on raising support for the installation of a solar panel system to create a free public charging point. In light of ongoing electricity shortages, access to power is essential for communication, safety, and day‑to‑day survival. This initiative will provide a reliable and sustainable source of energy for families and children to charge phones and small devices free of charge.

The fund is coordinated locally by Eyas Nehad, who oversees the transparent and accountable allocation of donations and the delivery of aid. While our broader mission remains supporting children, this project represents an immediate and practical way to assist the community during this critical period—delivering both support and dignity to those most in need.

 يعمل هذا الصندوق تحت مظلة مشروع كوفيّة للإغاثة، وهو مخصّص لتقديم المساعدة الحيوية للأطفال المحتاجين في مدينة غزة.

في المرحلة الحالية، يركّز الصندوق بشكل خاص على جمع التبرعات لتركيب نظام طاقة شمسية يهدف إلى إنشاء نقطة شحن عامة ومجانية. في ظل الانقطاع المستمر للكهرباء، أصبح الوصول إلى الطاقة أمرًا ضروريًا للتواصل، والسلامة، وتلبية الاحتياجات اليومية. وستوفر هذه المبادرة مصدر طاقة مستدامًا وموثوقًا يتيح للعائلات والأطفال شحن الهواتف والأجهزة الصغيرة مجانًا.

يتولى إياس نهاد التنسيق الميداني، حيث يشرف على الاستخدام الشفاف والمسؤول للتبرعات وتنفيذ المساعدات. ومع استمرار التزامنا بدعم الأطفال، يمثّل هذا المشروع أولوية عاجلة ووسيلة عملية لمساندة المجتمع في هذه الفترة الصعبة، بما يساهم في توفير الدعم والكرامة لمن هم في أمسّ الحاجة.
