Kia ora — it's been an exciting time of growth for Gift Collective
We are now proudly hosting 18 Collectives who in total have raised $214,936 for amazing kaupapa across Aotearoa!

- Te Rourou Koha: supporting timebanks in Christchurch - $35,900 from Sumner Bays Union Trust.
- ARMSS: supporting families from refugee and migrant backgrounds - $53,330 from Wellington Community Trust.
- Whakapono Believe: helping artists who have survived drug addiction to share their experiences and lower the stigma through an exhibition - $9,300 from the Lottery Community Grants and $5,000 from Whanganui Community Foundation

One of our awesome Collectives, Happen Films, was covered by RNZ. Their inspiring impact-oriented documentary films "give a glimpse into another way of living, [an] alternative to this destructive, industrial, capitalistic way that has taken over so much of the world."

Our services
We've had a few questions from Collectives about GST. The fundholder behind Gift Collective, The Gift Trust, is not GST registered. Therefore, Collectives under our umbrella do not need to charge GST, even if they sell goods and services through their Collective.
