Go Fish! Collective

We consider ourselves a kind of ‘anti-consultancy’.  Our name derives from the idea of helping our clients to ‘go fish’ for themselves: to learn by doing, building in independence and resilience, rather than telling them what we think they should do.

We're formed by members of the Reinventing Work community who came together through a desire to make a positive difference to the way people work together. We're passionate about sharing new ways of working; helping our clients to build trust and nurture community at work. Our collective mission is to enable workplaces to be more human, more fun and more sustainable.
