EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
HEALING INNOVATION HUB is a registered charity organisation (CC57432)
founded in 2020. Our mission is to heal, innovate and inspire. Our aim is to promote holistic mental health and well-being through innovative, holistic and indigenous approaches and to encourage a rethink of mental health for better long-term outcomes At a time when our mental health and well-being has come under immense pressure in a uncertain world, we are piloting two distinct programmes:
1. RONGOAA MATIHIKO - Digital Therapy online classes and
2. Rongoā Rāwekeweke – Adventure Based Indigenous Therapy Programmes
These two programmes align with the Whare Tapa Wha model which takes into account a holistic, non-clinical approach to mental health and wellbeing.
