Baby essentials are unaffordable for the families in Gaza, still the little ones need nutrition, nourishment and hygiene.

Infants are extremely vulnerable in emergency situations and when mothers, due to trauma, poor nutrition, or other reasons are not able to feed their babies, the depend on infant formulas to serve as substitutes for human milk. Infant formulas have a special role because they are the only source of nutrients for some infants.
On the other hand babies need frequent nappy changes. If left in a wet or dirty nappy for too long the bacteria can may make it into their skin producing rash and skin infections. Additionally when the environment lacks hygiene there is a higher risk of health complications including septic shock.
