Is it possible to add a painting option to the Estimation of costs?

Hello how are you guys adding painting costs to the overall estimation? If that is add in some way i can conclude the cost calculation directly on cut list.

I have created a cabinet that has a panel with a rectangular cut out in it, but when I view the cutting diagram and export the dxf it is only visible as a full panel. Is there a way to view the cut outs?
