About
Join us for our annual meeting on Saturday, June 8th, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm in Oakland! At this event, you'll have the chance to learn more about the Club, hear from alums during our career panel, connect with other MHC community members, and more. Light refreshments will be provided.
- 1:30 pm – Doors open
- 2:00 pm – Club updates, 2023-2024 recap, board elections
- 2:30 pm – Alum panel
- 3:00 pm – MHC-themed trivia (with prizes for the winning team!)
- 3:30 pm – Socializing and networking
We'll be meeting at Oakstop, which is located by the 19th St BART station. Street parking is limited, though there are several paid garages nearby. Please email us at [email protected] if you're interested in carpooling! (While we can't guarantee a ride, we can help connect you with others coming from the same area.)
All alums and students in the area are welcome to attend, regardless of Club affiliation. You may bring guests, but please update your ticket quantity accordingly. We look forward to seeing you!
